For years I have donated my time and energy into the community by serving on boards and volunteering hands-on work for local community organizations. I personally have seen the direct positive impact upon our community because of these organizations and their honorable acts of giving.
Here are the details of how the programs works:
If you list your property with me, I will write a check at the closing directly to your favorite charity or the next charity on our rotating list which are listed below.
The same process will occur if you are buying a property through me as your real estate agent.
The minimum donation would be $50.00
Our donation is based on a % of the sale price of the home. The price ranges listed below give an example of the "Community Minded Realtor" program.

$250,000 Sale...........$250.00 donation
