For 15 years, I have lived in Punta Gorda. I watched this town grow into "the little gem" that it is today. As a teenager I would help navigate my employer's boat through the Intra coastal Waterway from New Jersey to Punta Gorda. It wasn't long after that my wife and I made this our home. I now live in the Historic District with my wife and 2 children and I frequent the waterways from our dock that is nearby. Punta Gorda is located around the shores of beautiful Charlotte Harbor, Florida's second largest estuarine system.
